Bernard Vuarnesson PAR4 coffee table for Bellato, 1970's

PAR4 modular coffee table by French designer Bernard Vuarnesson for Bellato, Italy 1970's.

Four pull out table tops. Irokko wooden frame. Each top has a black, orange or ivory white side, which can be composed into different color combinations and shapes.
This is the much sought after orange/black/white combination.
Picture 4 shows the white top a bit greyish. The actual ivory colour is best seen on pic. 1.

Manufacturer 'Bellato' stopped existing in the 1980's and this design was sold to 'Sculptures Jeux'. French company owned by Mrs. Vuarnesson

The coffee table offered here concerns an early and original Bellato table from the 1970's.

Bernard Vuarnesson has an engineering degree from Ecole Supérieure du Bois (university college of wood) and a civil engineering degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris.
