Large rare lounge chair by Sonja Wasseur for 'Atelier Sonja Wasseur Amsterdam', The Netherlands 1970's.
This adjustable brutalist chair was designed and handcrafted by Sonja Wasseur in her workshop near Amsterdam around 1970. She used only highest quality, super thick saddle leather.

All of Wasseur's chairs were made upon request.

This is a true centre piece. Some minor wear and tear and sleet, which makes the chair only more beautiful.

 

Back can be blackened with shoe polish. This is original.
